Accor has signed an agreement with Javi Group to develop the luxury Fairmont Rishikesh, Himalayas in Uttarakhand, India, scheduled to open in 2031. The 220-room resort will span 16 acres in the Shivpuri Range, featuring high-end wellness, dining, and event spaces. Fairmont Rishikesh, Himalayas will feature four dining venues, 3,000 square meters of event space, a spa, fitness center, swimming pool, kids' club, and a range of thoughtfully curated guest experiences.
