Opening in 2027 within The Parkside Seoul — a landmark mixed-use development on the former United Nations Command site near Yongsan Park — Rosewood Seoul will be the brand's first property in South Korea. The 250-room ultra-luxury hotel will offer seven restaurants and bars, the Asaya wellness retreat spanning 48,000 square feet with an indoor pool and golf simulator, and over 19,000 square feet of multi-purpose event space in central Seoul.
