Nobu Hospitality's first Maldives venture sits on Munyafushi, a private island in Laamu Atoll, developed with Sarat International. The resort will feature 56 villas — 26 beach and 30 overwater — each with Japanese-inspired design using natural materials and a calm palette, plus 10 private island estate residences. A Nobu restaurant on its own private island is joined by a spa, fitness centre, diving centre, tennis courts and event spaces.
