Poised to become a new world-class landmark for Bangkok, the project involves a complete rebuild of the site to introduce two distinct luxury hotel experiences in one premier location. Narai Hotel, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt: Offering 245 keys with interior design by P49, this property reimagines the original hotel's legacy with a refined, modern aesthetic. Six Senses Bangkok: An exclusive enclave of approximately 100 keys, featuring sprawling suites of up to 700 sq.m., with interiors expertly crafted by BAR Studio. The overarching development, officially named Hatai Bangkok, extends beyond hospitality to include premium retail spaces, inviting public areas, and a unique, scenic canal intersecting the grounds. Designed by the acclaimed British firm Heatherwick Studio and constructed by premier contractor Thai Obayashi, this architectural masterpiece is on track to welcome its first guests in early 2028.
