AWC is developing a new hotel in one of the most prime locations along the Chao Phraya River, adding another distinctive experience to the “AWC Riverside Journey.” The 18-storey hotel, planned to be Plaza Athénée, a world-renowned ultra-luxury hotel brand, will feature 146 rooms across more than 20,000 sq.m. of gross floor area, representing an investment of approximately THB 2.9 billion, and is scheduled to open in 2028.
